Deliveries and Returns


Direct Delivery:

Orders requiring direct delivery, subject to stock availability, are usually delivered between 2 to 4 hours from the time we receive a complete order and we can determine that someone will be at the location that can sign for the delivery.

Drop Ship Orders:

All orders placed by 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time are shipped the same day, subject to stock availability. Delivery times vary by location, however you can expect to receive your delivery usually between 2 to 5 working days. We will use standard Ground shipping where possible, unless you request special shipping at the time of the order. Additional charges for express shipping may be incurred.

Return Policy:

Missing Merchandise, Damaged Shipments and Defective Products

a. Please report all missing merchandise to our Customer Service Department within 3 days of receipt of your order. Occasionally, cases separate during shipment; missing items should arrive within 1-2 working days.

b. Products damaged in transit should be refused at the time of delivery. UPS will then return the product back to CT Medical. CT Medical’s customer service should be notified immediately so that a replacement order can be expedited.

c.100% Credit will be given for incorrectly shipped, damaged or defective products. Any notification of missing or damaged products must be made within 3 days of the product delivery.  Beyond this time period, all requests will be denied and the invoice must be paid in full.

Return Authorization, Dissatisfaction with Products and Credits

a. If a client refuses a shipment and UPS has to return the product(s), CT Medical will grant a credit for the value of the products only, but not the original freight charges. In addition, CT Medical will assess a 15% Restocking Fee.

b. If a client wants to return product(s), please call within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise with the date of purchase, order number, product number and reason for returning the product. The returned products must be unopened and in a salable condition. CT Medical will then issue a UPS or Fedex Call Tag(s). The cost of the Call Tag(s) will be subtracted from the total credit given for the returned merchandise. Please note that the costs of Call Tags are the “original freight charge” plus a Carrier Surcharge of $5.50.
